Number of modules: under 6 modular units
A medium-sized container office is an ideal solution for many investors
Projects based on six or less modules are extremely popular among investors who invest their funds in modular construction. This universal size can be said to be perfect both as a slightly larger container office and a commercial pavilion. Our numerous customers have found out about it and entrusting us with the construction of their "base", they have placed their trust in us. This trust resulted in the creation of, among others, Żabka container stores, which are proud to welcome coastal towns during the holiday season. Other large brands have also found out about our professionalism. The STIHL showroom based on a commercial pavilion is a worthy representative of the Zez PRO L series. The facade decorating the containers was made with respect to the colours of the Investor's brand.
Use modular construction any way you want!
Modular construction can be used in many ways, which our Investors assure us of every day. One of the most interesting projects was the one located in Pławno. It was there that a small hotel was built, based on containers with a total area of 75 square metres. However, nothing prevents you from using this type of construction for a completely different purpose! A building based on less than six modules can, after all, become a container office, or even a modular all-year-round house.
