The whole, consisting of 12 elements, is an intriguing solution for sales offices of developers whose offices are often located near the investment. Steel brackets and a bare facade will give the space a loft look and modern character. Inside, there is a place for a model with visualisation and a show apartment. The time is needed to erect the structure. 1-2 days is enough to go to the design stage and final interior finishing.

In prefabricated modular buildings, we aim to energy-efficiently generate a healthy and comfortable indoor atmosphere. We implement this concept through the installation of high-quality thermal insulation, which guarantees the user minimal operating costs of the building. We focused on eliminating thermal losses from our modular designs in order to reduce heat losses, which directly translates into a low transmission coefficient. The entire structure is made in accordance with WT 2021 construction regulations, and high-quality aluminium windows and doors ensure durability and adequate ventilation of the interior.
