The rapid development of the store network enabled by modular construction

The Żabka chain of stores has shown more than once that innovation is its speciality. It was no different when creating your next point. The investor decided to buy a commercial container that will function as a full-fledged stationery store. We took up this challenge by creating a neat space with an area of ​​slightly less than 110 square meters.

Green containers that need no introduction 

The containers that make up the entire store form a coherent whole in green colours. The presented implementation assumes, first of all, the consistency of the investment with the overall visual identity of the brand - it was therefore necessary to use the facade surrounding the shopping centre in green colours. The facade coffers proved to be great in this case, dressing the entire building in eye-catching garments.

Window and door carpentry are not elements that stand out in particular against the background served by a modular retail building. They are only a specific complements, which is also one of the few glazing points of this investment.

Container store buildings complement the landscape

The container stores fits perfectly into the environment created by the Investor. The interconnected modular units dressed in a green facade complete the image of the entire square, which includes, among others, bicycle racks and a bicycle repair station. The modular construction used in this project worked perfectly, creating a tailor-made structure.

Both in trade and in the real estate industry, time is of the essence. Therefore, our contractor appreciated the speed of implementation and quick assembly of the entire sales hall, which consists of containers.
