The walls and roof are made of sandwich panels with a PIR foam core or mineral wool.

The type and thickness of sandwich panels are selected individually depending on the insulation and fire protection requirements of the investment. Using the best-quality sandwich panels, the walls and roofs of our modules achieve heat transfer coefficients U from 0.22 to 0.11.

The roof can also be protected with an EPDM membrane that is highly airtight and resistant to weather and mechanical factors. This is especially often chosen by investors who want to build a modular all-year-round house with us.
