Time and mobility matter. Especially in the real estate industry! For this reason, the modern modular buildings designed and constructed by us are so often used in the form of apartment sales points.

The presented project is a container office turned into a subdued apartment sales point, which perfectly matched the expectations and style of investments carried out by one of the Warsaw developers.

When designing this portable office, we were guided by the approach that a simple body and a more sophisticated facade would emphasise the architectural idea that is close to the investor. After all, this apartment sales point will be its best showcase, which will arouse interest and a sense of security in the eyes of future customers.

The container office designed by us is synonymous with design and comfort

The modular building created on the basis of modular construction offers a neat 50 square meters of space that catches the eye and delights with comfort. Employees appreciate its functionality, customers appreciate its sophisticated form.

When designing, we were accompanied by fashionable greys, which we closed in a slightly formal envelope. The window and door frames did not break under the pressure of contrasts - everything was kept in the same colour scheme.

A lot of glazing and the original geometry of the facade added a bit of spice and originality - this is what the containers should stand out for.

After the development investment is completed, the client will be able to easily move the mobile apartment sales office to any location. It will be difficult to find a more convenient solution than a container office!
