Diasfera sales office 72m2

The office container is the developer's best friend

Container offices created on the basis produced by modular construction mean the speed of investment implementation, the possibility of any adaptation to the expectations and clothing in a personalised style of the client. Not only that - the modular technology allows you to move to another location when the changing reality requires it.

Developers for whom the possibility of relocating an apartment sales office is a key issue very often decide to take advantage of these strengths. The projects we create are a tribute to their offer, in which we fit in with the atmosphere of a modular office.

Container office embedded in steel decorations

The project presented here is an modular office consisting of 4 modules with dimensions of 12 m x 6 m, which allowed us to obtain 72 square meters of comfortable and stylish space.

The facade surrounding the container office adapted as an apartment sales centre was made of decorative steel panels bathed in a cool shade of dark grey. It is a timeless style and class that will never lose its relevance.

Perfectly colour-matched window and door joinery is a guarantee of stylistic consistency. In addition, large glazing and a stylish information board are attached to the facade just in front of the entrance. Here, even the font and logo influenced the architectural idea that was born in our design office.

Modular construction - build as you like!

It is worth mentioning that the steel panels used may have the colour imposed by the Investor so that the point of sale of flats fits stylistically with the real estate development activity. The interconnected containers are therefore a structure that perfectly meets the customer's expectations.
