Mor-pol office 60m2

The ZEZ PRO series portable office is the answer to the highest requirements

Case study as part of the ZEZ PRO series, which convinced the Investor with the simplicity of the form seasoned with decorative elements. These, however, do not go out of the way - they know their place and only symbolically accentuate the pavilions connected with the modules with decorative elegance.

The building with an area of 60 square meters was created by combining modular units with a total size of 10 m x 6 m. It is a comfortable space in which you can create a modern apartment sales office, a shopping container or simply an office container.

Modular construction - equip your office as you want!

The investor can arrange the interior according to his needs and taste. He is also responsible for the separation of individual utility zones - through the appropriate placement of partition walls, a retail building can be separated from the place intended for a container office. We do not impose materials from which the interior of the investment will be made - the possibilities of transferring the vision to the real world are huge here.

The portable office with a modern facade stands out from the crowd

The office container is surrounded by a facade, based on a modern design with the use of steel coffers, which we installed horizontally. These are resistant to weather conditions and mechanical damage. This guarantees many years of trouble-free satisfaction with use.

According to the assumptions of the ZEZ PRO series, the retail building has been finished with a decorative tab, which adds character and elegance to it, while remaining faithful to the minimalist forms.
