Modular Home
Unusual forms enclosed in small containers
We present another implementation as part of the latest ZEZ PRO series. This one surprises with an extraordinary approach to the materials used and the boldness of combining them in order to obtain an original effect.
This time, modular construction has been dressed by our designers in the uniqueness of decorations, which, combined with a simple form of a solid, are one of the representatives of modern architecture. These pavilions combined into one will successfully meet all the requirements that a modular house has in front of it, and will also remain in the memory of even random observers for a long time.
In addition to the already known large glazing, we find here decorative elements of the attic and side walls. It is up to the Investor to choose the type of facade - we can decide on:
- Impressive CORTEN perforated panels - made of steel that is uniquely dressed ... by time. It is still a living element of the finishing, which is actively changing due to weather conditions.
- Shou Sugi Ban - based on the Japanese technique of burning wood. It is a very sophisticated form of an ornate facade that is extremely durable. In addition, it provides protection against fungi and pests and the consistency of form for up to 60 years. In Poland, this art is rarely seen and used - it will certainly make an electrifying impression on future residents and fans of modern solutions in architecture.
The project involves a combination of 4 modules, a simple form and a combination of unique materials. Here, Corten steel and burnt wood have a constant conversation about how to best decorate our containers.
