Modern type residential house "Modular Barn" 126m2

A modern, modular home in a “Modern Barn" type container building. It is an interesting project with a simple and compact shape that will fit perfectly into non-urban space. The entire structure rests on a rectangular base measuring 18 × 6 m. There are 7 modules of 6 × 3 m, topped with a gable roof. The total height is 6 m, and the total building area is 126 m2. The side façade system and the roofing material include:

• ventilated panels by Equitone, which offers a variety of fibre-cement facade materials
• wooden panels arranged vertically
• external black vestibule
