Facade material: Alucobond panels
Endless applications of Alucobond panels
Alucobond panels are aluminium sheets covered with plastic or ceramic, they are an inexpensive arrangement of a modular pavilion. However, despite its inconspicuousness, aluminium panels are an exceptionally practical solution, characterized by a very high level of soundproofing and easy to maintain. In addition to isolating the sounds of the outside world, composite panels also effectively insulate the service container, protecting it against both cold and heat. Washing the Alucobond sheet with soap and warm water is fully sufficient to keep the facade in good condition, but strongly alkaline chemicals should not be used. The installation of the panels is extremely fast and independent of weather conditions, which further reduces construction costs. Despite the highest possible degree of temperature-independent stiffness, Alucobond panels are prone to bending under heavy impact. Aluminium sheets are completely resistant to moisture and harmful microorganisms, they are also protected against any corrosion under the influence of harmful UV rays, which results in a 15-year warranty.

A practical facade for service and catering containers
This type of facade is extremely cost-effective for large modular pavilions and catering containers. On the other hand, the slippery surface of the outer material protects the facade of a modular house against acts of vandalism - graffiti. Apart from the facade application, the panels are popularly used as a practical decorative element of interiors and commercial pavilions. When purchasing, the contractor can choose one of the three levels of non-flammability of the minimal layer of panels as well as the colour and pattern from a wide range of colours.
