A modular office in the form of a dental clinic? Why not!

Modular construction is distinguished by modern forms, the sophisticated nature of facade materials and the possibility of virtually any design adjustment to private preferences and needs.

The presented project, which is in line with the assumptions to be met by the portable retail buildings included in the ZEZ PRO series, will be the best proof. This one praises simple shapes, classic colours in a business atmosphere and very delicate decorations that do not come to the fore.

The investor was a dental clinic in Katowice. The client requested adaptation in a universal style with elegance. It was supposed to be minimalistic and with character - patients visiting the clinic were duly welcomed by our project. Modular service buildings are more and more often chosen by investors offering this type of activity - mainly due to the relatively low cost of building their "four walls" and easy expansion.

We were able to jointly work out a plan that not only fit in with the expectations of the clinic owners but also the nature of their business.

Modular construction can complement the surroundings

The green architecture also gained, which stood out against the background of the materials and colours used. Well-balanced pavilions can be not only the main attraction of the place but also highlight the entire environment in which the containers are standing.

The modular dental clinic in Katowice is 200 square meters of cool elegance with the use of Equitone Tectiva and Equitone Natura fibre-cement panels, installed both vertically and horizontally.

The assumptions of the ZEZ PRO series include a decorative tab, which was also present in this project.

Interestingly, the modular dental clinic has an additional basement, increasing the arrangement possibilities and meeting the needs of the business.
