Modern modular construction visible in the ZEZ series

The presented facility from the ZEZ series is based on all the benefits of modular construction. It is a modern and tasteful modular office that acts as a selling point for apartments. We created it for the needs of ECHO Investment and it is undoubtedly the developer's showcase.

A large office container was made of 10 modular units, the combination of which allowed to create of as much as 180 square meters of a well-designed and convenient space, constituting a showcase for the development investment under construction. The modern shape attracts the eye with its refined form and the perfect harmony of the facade with the interior finish. The stylistic consistency and precision of workmanship make this modular office in the form of an apartment sales office the developer's best showcase.

A prefabricated office can be both elegant and practical

The office container in the front part consists of steel coffers installed in a vertical arrangement. Their dark colour can hardly be denied a character that perfectly fulfils its functional functions. Container offices must not only look nice but also be practical.

The final touch of the project is large glazing, which allows for proper lighting of the interior of the building and gives it a modern character. This modular office building is complemented by upper lighting matching the colour of the coffers. The interior of the apartment sales office was finished by the investor in a modern style, complemented by warmer colours of the walls and floors as well as wooden elements. However, there will be more innovative solutions and surprising materials that fit perfectly into our concept of sophisticated architecture.
