The four-storey building consisting of 6 x 3 m modular units creates a facility with a total dimensions of 288 m2, which can be successfully used as an office space, a show museum or an showroom. The facade is a one-of-a-kind, three-dimensional, colourful material that changes depending on the angle of incidence of light, which gives an amazing 3D effect, varied at different times of the day. An additional visual effect is added by a white inset made of a different material. The aesthetics of workmanship are emphasised by life4garden lamps and planters, which blend in perfectly with the facade, constituting the perfect finishing touch to the project.

A safe and solid modular house

Modular buildings consisting of ready-made elements meet the construction, safety and fire safety standards WT 2021. Their advantage is also excellent thermal insulation. As a result, the lack of thermal bridges lowers the operating costs of energy facilities.
