Riviera Park apartment sales office 180m2

Modular construction allows you to choose the surface down to the centimetre

The possibilities offered by modular construction will be fully used only by daredevils who are not afraid to go against the tide and like to choose non-obvious solutions. The best example will be the implementation of the project as part of the ZEZ series - an modular office building, which will surprise you with its facade and more serious colour combinations.

The presented container office was created on the basis of combining modules with dimensions of 15 m x 12 m, giving a total of 180 square meters of ergonomic and eye-catching usable space.

We wanted to emphasise the individual character of the project, which is a point of sale for apartments, which stands out from well-known architectural solutions - even the high-flying ones.

An intriguing facade decorating an container office

If we find greys here, they enrich the facade of the minority apartment sales office. The main character of the foreground is the naturalness of the wood, which has been bathed in an unobvious colour and an interesting horizontal arrangement. They are crowned with a grey inset, which fits perfectly with the window joinery and entrance doors, which lead guests into the ZEZ series modular office building.

The windows show the name of the development investment in classic white, which in combination with other colours gains dignity and complements the form presented by this container office.

The office container in the interior remained consistent with the facade design - we can find here minimalist furniture, fashionable materials for finishing internal walls and elements with a wood structure. It is modern and classy - which is what we like best.
