The investor wanted the wealth of his personal projects and the courage to transfer them to the real world also to find an outlet in private four corners.
Based on these requirements, a project was created showing a modular house, which has found its place near Poznań, Poland.

The modular house was created by combining 17 modern elements. The materials used to create it are a guarantee of many years of comfort of use, without losing thermal and aesthetic values.
The facade from which numerous modular houses are made, including the one presented now, is a rust-colored Corten steel and the white of fiber-cement panels entering into colorful, designer skirmishes with it. In order to add character and create clearer contrasts, a shy gray also appears here, adding elegance and emphasising the aesthetic value of the project.
Here, nuances and a refined form reign, which, combined with unique materials, create one coherent whole, so sought after among people who invest in modular houses.
