Another ZEZ office container adapted for the developer's sales office

Developers very often take advantage of the possibilities offered by modular construction. The possibility of moving the retail boulding to any location after the completion of the investment is a huge plus, but also a saving.

Container stores and portable offices, however, are also appreciated by investors from industries that are not directly related to residential construction. Lack of permanent attachment to the ground means no restrictions when using an container office - the workplace can be adjusted to the needs and circumstances!

The modular construction of the ZEZ series - over 100 meters of ergonomic space

The protagonist of the presented implementation is a project from the ZEZ series. We created the modular office on the basis of modular buildings, which allowed us to obtain as much as 108 square meters of original space with character.

The simple shape on the basis of which this office container is constructed has been decorated with delicate shades of grey, which allowed it to avoid the effect of a "heavy" building. It is light, which also fits perfectly with large glazing. We deliberately resigned from contrasting the colour of the window and door woodwork - thanks to this, we gained coherence and harmony, which was also appreciated by our client.

Just above the entrance, there is a glass roof, which apart from its protective function also plays a decorative role - it is hard not to notice it, against the background represented by an office pavilion in a simple form.

The sides of the investment have been spiced up with a slightly darker shade of the facade, but this does not disturb the interior design of this container office.
