The main assumption of the project was to obtain a comfortable and mobile space that will worthily represent the developer during one of his investments. An additional advantage is the ability to easily move the building, which is a container office with interior finishing, to other construction investments in the future. As you can see, modular construction will allow you to save really large sums that can be used for other investments.

The container office designed and constructed by us fits the character and style of the investment, reflecting the spirit of the company. It is a modern and courageous form combined with timeless classics.

Modular construction is pure practicality closed in several dozen square meters

The office container, serving as a point of sale for apartments, was created on the basis of a combination of 6 modular units with dimensions of 5 m x 2.5 m, giving 75 square meters of ergonomic solutions and elegant space. It is a good showcase that will attract the eyes of customers and a convenient container office for the developer and employees responsible for presenting the offer.

This modular container turned into an office was made in the GLASS system - a lot of glazing that guarantees proper lighting and a modern style of the office building based on a minimalist external structure and decorative screw connections. We combined them with steel coffers from the RAL 7024 palette, which allowed us to create an elegant facade in a cool, technical atmosphere.

The interior design of this container office is made of high-quality materials and furniture that emphasize the investor's taste.
